Hazmat Re-Inspection Project

JCPS managed the consultant procurement and delivery of a statewide hazmat inspection programme across more than 1,600 sites.

The challenge lay in coordinating site access with congregations while ensuring consistent audit coverage. JCPS provided structured scheduling, clear communications, and logistical oversight to minimise disruption. The project enabled the Synod to meet compliance obligations with transparency and efficiency, while maintaining strong relationships with local congregations.
